Principles and Objectives of Cooperation

To implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress on "comprehensively promoting rural revitalization" and to accelerate the realization of the ecological civilization thought led by the core of the CPC Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping, Party A and Party B, under the premise of abiding by laws, regulations, and policies, establish a long-term comprehensive strategic partnership based on the principles of "equality and mutual benefit, complementary advantages, comprehensive advancement, long-term cooperation, and common development." Both parties, following the method of government promotion and market operation, jointly activate regional real estate, land resources, cultural tourism and health, and the integrated development of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries in rural revitalization demonstration base projects, contributing to the comprehensive development of Huairou District. This will showcase our efforts in cultural inheritance, strengthening education, cultural relics protection, green environmental protection, technological innovation, national defense, natural ecology, rural revitalization, and building the brand of "Dazhenyu New Village."

 

The parties have decided to establish a cooperative company and reach a "Comprehensive Development Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement."
